All Statues, Acts, Legislation are optional too. Your straw~man is a victimised legal entity created at your birth, through you birth certificate and the registration of that birth.
When a human being is born there are two entities, One is the living human being, flesh and blood. The second is fiction, a fictional entity which essentially is nothing more then a piece of paper.
